The metal stamping process can be divided into two categories: separation process and forming process. 1. Design process drawings of processed parts
Design and draw the three parts of the hardware workpiece, its function is to express the structure of the sheet metal part through drawing. Draw the unfolding of the workpiece, that is, unfold the complicated part into a flat part. Analyze the part drawing, quickly understand the positional relationship of the workpiece size, coordinate point, line, curve and cutting surface, determine the origin of the workpiece coordinate, and calculate the coordinates of each vertex and the coordinate of the curve connection point.
2. Correct process method

3. Choose high-efficiency cutting method

5. Complete the process of fastening parts

Pressure riveting is commonly used in pressure riveting bolts, compression riveting nuts, and pressure riveting screws. The process of flanging taps is to dig a slightly larger hole in the smaller bottom hole, and then suck the tap hole. This can increase its strength and avoid sliding teeth. It is generally used for workpieces with high sheet thickness. When the sheet thickness is large, it does not need to be flanged and tapped directly.
6. Part assembly method
Welding welds multiple parts together for processing purposes or the joints of a single part to increase its strength. Surface treatment usually has phosphate film, electroplated multi-color zinc, chromate, baking varnish, oxidation, etc. The choice of specific surface treatment method is based on demand. Assembly is the assembly of multiple parts or assemblies in a way that makes it a complete project.
